Patch Event

Changes

  • Battle simulator: A few rams in the simulator could tear down even high walls. The calculation now matches the actual battle. Real battles were not affected.
  • Battle simulator: Pact knights have no research, their combat strength is entered directly. Your own pact knights use your current bonus, the enemy starts at +20 %. Both values can be adjusted.
  • Castle demolition: Raw materials from ongoing demolitions and pending deliveries count towards free storage space. Castles that are being demolished themselves can no longer be chosen as a target. A castle with pending raw material deliveries can only be demolished once they have arrived.
  • Castles: All castle lists are sorted the same way, including names with special characters, accented letters and numbers. Under Settings → Personal you can choose between name, name as before, founding and coordinates.
  • Construction office: Next to “Buildings” there is a new tile view. Each tile shows picture, level and cost as well as buttons for upgrade, build now and demolition. The choice between list and tiles is saved on your device.
  • Crusade map: White map areas load correctly again. If a section fails to load, it is retried automatically.
  • Deeds of conquest: Instead of an unaffordably high price, the note “No more deeds of conquest available” appears.
  • Falcon report: New reports are marked red and a number in the menu shows the unread ones. Reports remain visible for 3 days.
  • Falcon report: Small groups and troop movements between 22:00 and 06:00 are detected less often. Your own troop movements are not recorded. Pact knights are shown with the symbol of their side.
  • Falcon report: The report lists all detected foreign troop movements within 10 fields during the 60 minutes before the falcon arrived: player, time, type and direction, approximate army size and every troop type with its number. The exact destination stays secret.
  • Forum news: Announcements from the forum are shown in the game in your chosen language, with a small note on the original language.
  • Guard: Angel-touched equipment can be sold to the trader one by one after confirming the “I am sure” option. It remains excluded from bulk selling.
  • Guard: Only items you found yourself may be auctioned again. Items won at auction show “sell” and the trade window only offers the trader.
  • Guard: The Guard Master can use a separate plan for missions and training for each knight. The choice between “Global plan” and “Individual plan” is on the knight page above the ranking bar.
  • Guard: The note “70 % of the market price” was not correct. The trade window now shows the amount of thalers the trader offers. The market price on the item card remains the minimum bid in the auction house.
  • Guard: The thaler and fame shop stay open when you switch castles.
  • Hedge Watches: At most 30 hedge watches per player with a sight range of 10 fields. All players see the watches on the map, but the owner stays secret.
  • Hedge Watches: Hedge watches are built on free fields without castles, bandit camps, wild animals, graveyards, other hedge watches and mountains. Cost 30,000 wood and 10,000 ore from the chosen castle, build time 10 minutes plus 30 seconds per field of distance, at most 2 hours.
  • Hedge Watches: Hedge watches cannot be attacked and are spared by wild animals. Tearing one down does not return the raw materials.
  • Hedge Watches: New permanent military feature under Military → Hedge Watches: hidden lookout posts on the world map whose scouts observe foreign troop movements.
  • Map: Castles, graveyards and amber symbols are no longer cut off at the edges of map sections.
  • Map: The collapsed map menu now only shows “DAMORIA” instead of additional symbols and info boxes.
  • March lines: Your own ongoing troop movements appear on the world map in 2D and 3D: attacks red, support dashed blue, relocations dotted yellow and returns grey. The symbol of the strongest unit moves along live, arrived movements disappear automatically.
  • Master builder: The entered target level was reset when moving the mouse, and the master builder deactivated itself when saving without the checkbox ticked. Both are fixed, and entering a target level now ticks the checkbox automatically.
  • Pact: From 100 renown on one side you automatically enter a pact with the Light Elf or the Nightmare. There is one shared renown value up to 5,000 per side, light renown and night renown cancel each other out.
  • Pact Knights: New unit Pact Knights for players with a pact: Lightbringers with the Light Elf, Death Knights with the Nightmare. When you switch your pact, all pact knights change their name immediately. Renown, pact and pact knights stay after the Night of the Turnip Ghosts.
  • Pact Knights: Pact knights have the base values of paladins for combat, marching speed and carrying capacity. With renown they gain a bonus to attack and defence of up to +20 % at 5,000 renown, opposing renown reduces it. They never become weaker than paladins. After every battle, 20 % of the fallen pact knights rise again.
  • Pact Knights: Recruitment with an active pact in the main castle. Each pact knight costs 1 paladin from that castle and 10 dragon scales, but no raw materials.
  • Page images: All images at the top of the game pages have been reworked in a consistent style. New characters greet you: the master builder in the construction office, the general in the barracks, the craftsman in the catapult workshop, the trader at the marketplace, the stable master in the stables, the senator in the senate, the miner in the mine, the alchemist at the Athanor and the falconer at the Hedge Watches.
  • Recruitment list: A castle locked with the padlock no longer recruits through any way, including “fill troop queue”, the gold fill and the troop master. When its time runs out it drops off the list, and “Unlock now” unlocks it again.
  • Scouting falcon: A box in the left menu below the recruitment list shows when the falcon returns and when it is ready again. A warning symbol appears when one of your watches is being smoked out.
  • Scouting falcon: One falcon for all watches collects the observations. It flies 12 seconds per field and direction, at least 1 minute, and then needs 5 minutes of rest. A display below the map shows the remaining flight time.
  • Shop: The description of the master builder's build now makes clear that the pack only unlocks build now. Each build now still costs 3 gold.
  • Smartphones: A memory leak slowed the game down after many page changes and sometimes caused a complete reload. The bug is fixed and page changes are noticeably faster.
  • Smoking out: Every falcon visit betrays a watch for 24 hours. It is marked red on the map and labelled “Betrayed”. One of your finished watches no more than 10 fields away can smoke out a betrayed foreign watch for 6 hours.
  • Smoking out: On success the foreign watch is destroyed. On failure the owner learns which watch the smoke came from and may smoke it out as well for 24 hours. Each watch can only smoke out one foreign watch at a time.
  • Special castles: The previously empty construction sites tab is hidden and only appears when damaged construction sites can be repaired.
  • Stability: Brief outages of the storage system for login data no longer cause the game pages to abort with an error message.
  • Start page: The map preview opens reliably in 2D and 3D again.
  • Traders: For direct trader shipments the last chosen target castle stays preselected when you switch castles, just like for attacks.
  • Translation: Dutch: “gelicht” has been replaced by “gerekruteerd”. The help text for the Amber Knight has been updated in all languages.
  • Wiki: The Hedge Watches and Pact Knights are now explained in detail in the Damoria wiki.

Events

  • 10 % bonus gold on every gold pack until 15 November 2026 (inclusive), in the shop and on Steam.
  • Automatic sending of the turnip children: 3 gold for 24 hours, 10 gold for 3 days. Further purchases extend the duration.
  • Ember Maw: a rare graveyard spanning 3 × 3 map fields, at most two worldwide, holds up to 1,000,000 paladins and the biggest loot, including 250 honey cakes.
  • Event shop: sweet and sour shop with the same benefits, the sour shop at three times the price. +100 % raw material bonus for one castle, +50 % troop production, +100 % carrying capacity of traders, 3 additional slots for active masters and Veil of mist against foreign falcon reports, each for 1, 3 or 7 days.
  • Graveyards: two to three per continent with castles, attackable only with an active pact and only with paladins, each only once, at most 20 troop movements at the same time. Four kinds: Overgrown Burial Field (up to 20,000 paladins), Mist Crypt (35,000), Old Grave Grove (70,000) and Black Ossuary (100,000).
  • In a graveyard attack at most 10 % of the paladins fall. Some rise as Lightbringers or Death Knights, up to 10,000 pact knights per attack. Once all attack slots are taken, new graveyards appear.
  • Light pack or Dark pack for 1,000 gold each: 1,000 renown towards the chosen side without the daily limit and a Paladin Warden for 30 days with a 200 % larger build queue and 50 % faster recruitment of paladins and pact knights in all castles. Up to three purchases, at most 90 days. A pack of the opposing side can switch your pact.
  • Night of the Turnip Ghosts from 23 October to 15 November 2026 (inclusive). The event page is reached through the event box in the left menu.
  • Oath of the Dead for 3,000 gold: the spooky castle permanently becomes a fortress with its own graveyard in light or dark form, with pact knight recruitment and your name shown as its sole ruler on the world map. Once per account, cannot be demolished or converted. For conquerors it is an ordinary Halloween castle.
  • Small spooky pack for free: 500 honey cakes and 1,500 sour crab apples, once per account. Big spooky pack for 1,500 gold: 3,000 honey cakes, 9,000 sour crab apples and an upgrade to a spooky castle with 1,300 building fields.
  • Turnip children: sweet (1, 2 or 3 honey cakes) earns 1 light renown, sour (3, 6 or 9 sour crab apples) earns 1 night renown. The gifts cost nothing. Without a choice nobody visits you.
  • Without purchase limit: 1,000 dragon scales for 1,000 honey cakes and 1,000 amber of one kind for 500 honey cakes.
  • You are visited on every continent where you own a castle or a finished hedge watch, if you were active within the last 7 days. At most 500 renown per day, so the full 5,000 renown after 10 days at the earliest.
  • Your own turnip children: castle list with up to 30 castles, one per continent. Each round takes 2 hours, from your own alliance at most 10 random members are visited per round. “Send all again” sends all returned children out again.
