Messages & reports

Inbox, Herald's Calls, address book and reports: how to keep track of everything that happens in your realm.

Messages

Under messages you find the tabs Inbox, Herald's Calls, Outbox, Archive, Write a message and Address book. A message can go to several recipients – separate the names with a semicolon.

  • Marking as read, deleting and archiving works for single messages or for all of them – “all” only ever affects the open tab.
  • Read messages in the inbox are deleted after about 30 days. Move anything you want to keep to the archive.
  • In the address book you save contacts and block senders. Blocked players can no longer send you messages.
  • With “Report” you forward a message to the support team, for example in case of insults. Reporting without a good reason can get you temporarily suspended.

Herald's Calls

A Herald's Call is a circular to all members of your alliance. You send it with the Herald's Call button when writing a message. Recipients find it in their own Herald's Calls tab, and a reply only goes to the sender. In your outbox you can see how many members have read it – and who. More under Herald's Call.

Reports

Reports tell you what has happened in your realm. They are sorted into categories: battle, spying, bandit camps, dragon raids, wild animals, troops, market, trader, alliance, construction wagon, castle and VS for account sitting. Reports are deleted automatically after a few months.
