The market

Entering and accepting offers, direct trade, raw material exchange and My marketplace: how to trade with other players and supply your castles.

The Marketplace is your trading hub. You can use it from level 1; every further level brings more traders (Traders and routes) and more room for the price of your offers. The market has six tabs: Market overview, Enter offer, Direct trade, Gem trade, Raw material exchange and My marketplace.

Accepting offers

The Market overview lists all offers in the world and can be filtered by resource and amount. To accept one you need the wanted resource in your current castle, but no free traders: the seller's traders deliver. You choose how many packages you take and pay right away; the seller receives the payment once his traders are back home. You cannot accept offers from your own account – not even from your other castles.

Entering an offer

Under Enter offer you choose what you offer and what you want, the amount per offer, the number of offers and a duration of 1 to 14 days. How many offers you can post at once depends on your free traders; there are no fees. The offered resources leave your storehouse immediately. How much you may ask for depends on the current market value – the form shows you the allowed range. The market value moves with supply and demand in the world, and the higher your marketplace, the more room you have.

Direct trade

With Direct trade you send resources to any castle: your own, other players' or abandoned ones – via the castle list, your favourites or coordinates. The confirmation page shows the travel time and arrival. While your traders are on their way there, you can recall them. With the trade master you can turn a delivery into a permanent route (Traders and routes).

Raw material exchange

The Raw material exchange redistributes Stone, Wood and Ore in your current castle at a 1:1 ratio – the total stays the same, for example with "Distribute raw materials evenly". Each exchange costs 3 gold; with the trade master it is free (Masters). No resource may end up above the storehouse limit, and if all three stores are already full, you cannot exchange.

My marketplace

My marketplace shows your offers, all trader activities and deliveries, optionally with subtotals per target castle or only for the current castle. From here you cancel offers, recall traders or withdraw the trade master from a route. When an offer is accepted, both sides get a market report. Gems are sent in the Gem trade tab (Gems).
