Events at a Glance

Seasonal events bring their own currencies, shops and rankings, and a rotating event runs every week. Here is how it all works.

Which events are there?

The game itself tells you when an event is running: the welcome window after login names the current event and rotation week, an event box appears in the left-hand menu, and announcements are posted in the forum. There are no fixed dates – seasonal events arrive at the fitting time of year.

Collecting event currency

Christmas, Easter and the ham party have their own currencies: gifts, Easter eggs and ham. This is how you get them:

  • Finds on the game pages: during the event a symbol pops up on a page every now and then – click it to get one piece of event currency.
  • Attacks: raids on bandit camps with a decent army and attacks on wild animals earn event currency, and during the ham party so do big battles you fight as the attacker against other players.
  • Event buildings: from level 10, the elf workshop and the hen house produce gifts or eggs every 10 hours. They can only be built during their event, need no build fields, and you collect the yield yourself.

Event shops and rankings

On the event page (click the event box in the left-hand menu) you trade your currency for time-limited boosts – for the castle you currently have selected or for your whole account. A boost that is already running in a castle cannot be bought there a second time. You can also expand your treasury capacity in steps of 1%, up to 50 times; this bonus keeps working after the event.

Christmas and the ham party have their own rankings for players and alliances, found under statistics while the event is running. Everything you collect counts – whatever you spend in the shop does not cost you a place. During the big events the gold shop also sells event mini packs (Premium Account).
