Economy
Resources, storehouse, hiding place, trade, gems and amber: an overview of how your realm runs its economy and where to get more out of it.
Everything in Damoria costs Stone, Wood and Ore. Later, gems, amber, dragon scales and gold join them. This section explains how goods are produced, where you store them and how you move them between your castles and other players.
Production
The Quarry, Sawmill and Mine produce around the clock – the higher the level, the more. On top come the resource stars of your field (+5% per star), premium, alliance bonuses, events, the quintessence skill Mining Craft, amber blessings and the laboratory milestones in special castles. The left panel breaks down your production; the basics are in Resources & currencies.
Storehouse and hiding place
The Storehouse limits how much of each resource you can hold. Whatever no longer fits is lost – whether it comes from your own production or from a delivery. The Hiding place is your emergency fund: whatever you put in there by hand cannot be plundered by any attacker.
Trade
At the Marketplace you trade with other players, send resources to any castle, redistribute resources within a castle and move gems between your castles. Your traders carry everything – see The market and Traders and routes.
Gems, amber and gold
- Gems: each castle mines one kind, stored in the Treasury. You need them for construction wagons, deeds of conquest, healing and gold (Gems).
- Amber: four types from the Amber Mine, bandit camps and events – for blessings, special spells and the amber castle (Amber).
- Gold: the premium currency. You also earn a little in the game, and in your main castle you can turn gems into gold (Gold).
New castles cost resources too: with the construction wagon you found them yourself (Construction wagon).
